Mig Welder

We have partnered with a local industrial company in Minden, LA, and hiring an experienced Mig Welder to join our growing manufacturing team. Pay rate: $20+/hr + a sign-on bonus once hired!

1st Shift Hours: 6 am - 3 pm Monday - Friday with opportunities for overtime on Saturdays

Mig Welder Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and manufacture metal parts for assembly
• Follow blueprints to ensure exact specifications of output
• Produce strong, clean welds
• Test output to ensure strength and tolerance of welds

Qualifications: Two years of MIG welding experience within a manufacturing environment, familiarity with common welding tools and procedures (including MIG welding TIG welding, metal fabricating, grinding, and finishing metals), a welding certification, and the ability to stand/bend/crouch/kneel and lift 50 pounds as needed.
