Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Manage the Cross Technology initiative and base funding allocations Act as a liaison between technology teams and business support managers to assist with technology funding related gaps, challenges and changes Develop tools and tracking mechanisms to ensure all financial decisions and changes are clearly documented and communicated on a timely basis Direct Expense forecasting Ensure programs and projects are forecasted as expected from a spend perspective Partner with the Tech Teams, BSMs, PMO and in some cases LOB Assist project teams in activities to resolve planning and funding issues/gaps Support strategic and ad hoc business support and financial needs Requirements: 5+ years previous Bank, technology strategic planning or project management Microsoft Office Financial Management/Accounting Data Visualization Analytical, organized and able to manage competing priorities Financial Management/Accounting, Microsoft excel/Data visualization, Project administration/tasks/deliverables management, SharePoint set up and management Financial accounting, Excel/tableau/databases Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to successfully convey information to executive leaders and stakeholders Able to effectively interact with a diverse set of stakeholders, quickly identify their needs and develop plans to support them Able to anticipate the next step in the process and develop proactive plans / tools to address creative thinker, result-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment Able to manage multiple (potentially competing) tasks and to work effectively across teams Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills Desired skills: Finance background, understanding of financial forecasting, forensic accounting Prior experience in developing tools and tracking mechanisms to ensure all financial decisions and changes are clearly documented A great team player - someone willing to go above and beyond on assigned tasks while prioritizing top tasks daily, P&L mapping experience Knowledge of building out databases Experience working with contracts Pay Range: $54.54 - $62.54 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
