Stanley Consultants is looking for a skilled Senior Civil CADD Designer to strengthen our Civil Graphics team in our Denver, CO office. In this role, you'll leverage your Civil 3D expertise to create and revise civil site plans, grading, utility plans, and more, all while ensuring our projects meet high-quality standards. Education: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Aided Design, or a related field. Extensive land development, or Civil utility design experience in the civil engineering field may be considered in lieu of formal education. Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Civil 3D design, focusing on utility infrastructure. Land development experience is advantageous. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, experience with Bluebeam Revu, Adobe products, and Microsoft Office Suite. Autodesk Certification (2017 or later) is a plus. Soft Skills: Self-motivated, excellent communicator, strong organizational skills, proactive problem solver, and collaborative team player. Additional Requirements: Strong familiarity with civil engineering design criteria, codes and standards, and a willingness to adapt to innovative technologies. Base Compensation: $38.22 - $50.00 Stanley Consultants is committed to maintaining transparency in our hiring process, including providing information about compensation. The starting salary for the successful candidate in this position is competitive and will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications and experience, geographic location, internal equity, company policy and practices. Stanley's Approach to Flexibility While some members choose to work out of their local office on a full-time basis, we offer a hybrid schedule for eligible positions consisting of two days a week in the office, two days a week remotely, and Friday being a flexible day that can be worked either in the office or at home. Eligible roles can also offer a compressed workweek schedule. Members who participate will be assigned a 9/80 work schedule, meaning every other Friday off! What we offer:
