Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

    Manage overall project and program cost controls and reporting to support project/program management.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard program procedures and tools for project controls (cost, earned value management, change management, risk management, contingency management).
  • Develops Project Services Estimates, Pricing Tools
  • Provide necessary cost reports, cost analysis, identify issues, and provide recommendations to the Program/Project Manager.
  • Establishes cost and progress measurement (earned value) system.
  • Validates reported progress and estimate to complete cost.
  • Maintain ongoing benchmarking data (pricing, metrics, KPIs).
  • Prepare/provide input into client Monthly Reports and support Project Review meetings.
  • Supports the Practice Leadership in the preparation and maintenance of business plans, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Occasional travel to client or project sites.

Qualifications

What You'll Need on Day One:

  • Bachelor's degree Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated project cost controls experience on medium to large industrial projects or programs.
  • Proficiency in cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management, risk management, cost analysis, variance analysis, earned value, cost forecasting, and cashflow.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Expert skills with Excel Macro level required. Database (MS Access), Power BI, and dashboard development skills are a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.
