Position Title: Assembler Wage: $16.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 4:30AM - 2:30PM (Monday - Thursday) Join our team in Brillion, WI as an Assembly Operator responsible for safely operating machinery and tools while assembling outdoor power equipment. You'll work in a fast-paced, team environment with opportunities to grow and develop your skills. Apply now! Assembler Responsibilities: - Operate machines and tools to meet production standards - Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools - Adhere to standard work procedures to ensure consistent quality - Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals - Assist team members in other areas when needed to meet targets - Engage in problem-solving to address any production issues - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors - Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements For Assembler: - Ability to stand for 10 hours a day and perform repetitive tasks - Ability to lift up to 35lbs - Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to use hands in a fast-paced assembly process - Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): bump hats, steel-toe boots (required on the first day), earplugs, resistant gloves, and safety goggles - Team player with strong communication skills and a desire for personal growth QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
