Quality Engineer

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet required specifications
• Conduct thorough audits to monitor and improve product quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues across production lines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements
• Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance on quality best practices to team members

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or related field
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to improve processes
