Maintenance Manager

• Plan, prioritize, assign, and supervise the work of mechanics, machinists, electricians, and other maintenance personnel
• Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
• Utilize technical skills in welding, fabrication, mill or lathe work, electrical systems, and plumbing
• Interpret diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to guide maintenance work
• Maintain high standards of safety and productivity while ensuring team performance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating timely repairs and solutions
• Foster a positive work environment through teamwork, coaching, and training of maintenance staff

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• Strong technical knowledge, including welding, electrical systems, plumbing, and machine operation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and projects
• Ability to interpret complex diagrams and troubleshooting instructions
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement in maintenance operations
