The booking targets include all products from the MAAG portfolio that can be attributed to customers within the responsible market segment. The Business Lead and his/her team will maintain and own the customer relationships within their segment; besides meeting revenue and discounting targets (quantitative measurables) the business lead is also responsible for customer satisfaction (qualitative measurable). The Business lead Recycling develops over time an in depth understanding of market drivers, customer needs and the value the MAAG Group can provide to his/her teams assigned segment. As a key stakeholder and customer representative within the MAAG Group for his/her segment he/she provides valuable input to the marketing (messaging), development, service and operations teams.
