The Global Distribution Strategy & Transformation team is seeking a Director, Program Delivery for Agentforce. In these roles, an experienced strategic thinker will be accountable to deliver solutions, in partnership with functional leaders, that support the growth and scale of Agentforce internally for Salesforce. Develop a framework on how to define an agent-first workforce, define the high-value tasks and what capacity is needed for them, build a plan to reshape function/orgs for the future with agent-first mindset. The role is responsible for defining the framework, working collaboratively with the functions, driving project deliverables and milestones, as well as closely partnering with various business functions to build alignment on scope and approach, business requirements and processes, and optimized solutions that deliver both short and long term strategic goals. For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $193,800 to $281,100. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $193,800 to $281,100. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
