Role Overview

As a Lead Product/UX Designer for Salesforce's Agentforce UX Platform team, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to design innovative tools that empower developers and business experts to create, deploy, and manage AI agents. Together, we simplify complex AI workflows and shape the future of human-AI collaboration. Your contributions will directly impact how businesses leverage AI to drive productivity and deliver exceptional outcomes

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape AI Agent Workflows: Design intuitive tools for creating, deploying, and managing AI agents tailored to diverse enterprise needs.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to create cohesive, scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce's design principles.

  • Bridge Human and AI Interactions: Develop seamless experiences that enable users to collaborate effectively with AI agents.

  • Create Scalable Design Systems: Extend Salesforce's design systems to meet the unique requirements of AI agent management and deployment.

  • Advocate for Trusted and Ethical AI: Embed transparency, fairness, and accountability in AI design. Work with teams to educate users on responsible AI practices.

  • Promote Inclusivity and Accessibility: Create solutions that are inclusive, accessible, and meet the needs of a diverse, global user base.

  • Drive Innovation: Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas to excite stakeholders and deliver impactful results.

  • Mentor and Inspire: Help team members grow while fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile application designs, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS.

  • Expertise in user-centered design, systems thinking, and creating workflows for complex enterprise platforms.

  • Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, with a readiness to adopt emerging design technologies.

  • Experience designing for AI-powered platforms, particularly tools for creating and managing AI agents.

  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environments.

  • Commitment to accessibility and ethical design.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience leveraging user research and analytics to inform design decisions.

  • Passion for mentoring and supporting team members.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $200,800 to $276,100. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,000 to $253,000. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $200,800 to $276,100. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,000 to $253,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
