As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Here is what you will be doing each day: As a Front Desk Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
What is required? Experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel preferred Previous Light Speed experience highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills Excellent computer, communication and interpersonal skills Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
