• Guiding the design and implementation of secure solutions and services across the client's business and IT supportareas

• Employ excellent client-facing and consulting skillsto create innovative business solutionsbased on your network and systemsexperience

• Define and implement secure networking solutions between on-premises data centers and commercialclouds

• Develop solutions integrating Microsoft Azure commercial clouds (public and government community) with services hosted on-premises and in otherclouds

• Develop and maintain software solutions/scripts to support automation of cloud configuration andadministration

• Implement AIS cloud infrastructure solution offerings based on public cloud, private cloud, hybrid client environments, and multi-cloudenvironments

• Support security audits, accreditation, and certification processes, andobtaining authorityto operate (ATO) for cloud-based systemarchitectures

• Set quality standards for tools,techniques,and methodologies, advising on theirapplication,and ensuringcompliance

This is a remote position with occasional travel (if needed).

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

• Proficiency in Azure services, specifically Azure VMware Solution (AVS), Azure networking, and VMware networking.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep, Terraform, and pipelines for automating cloud infrastructure deployment.

• Knowledge of Azure networking and security features, including Azure Firewall or NVAs, ExpressRoute, and network segmentation.

• Familiarity with Azure governance and configuration management tools such as Azure Policy and Azure Cost Management.

• Understanding of VMware environments, experience with VM migrations from on-prem AVS, VMware HCX, and VMware NSX-T.

• Ability to design and implement cloud solution architecture, including subscriptions, identity, and networking.

• Experience in conducting compatibility checks and setting up environments to receive applications during VM migrations.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and configuration tasks.

• Experience with Azure DevOps for orchestration

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Obtain or utilize certifications as part of continuous professionalgrowth

• Experience implementing secure and scalable hybrid cloudarchitectures

• Experience with DevOps workflows using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and others
