Senior Business Systems Analyst

Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Full Time - Exempt: Yes
Prefer Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare industry. Proven experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from various stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in collaborating with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Expertise in analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories/requirements specifications. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and discrepancies in data. Data Skills (SQL): Proficient in writing basic SQL queries for data extraction, comparison, and validation. Experience with relational databases and understanding of data structures. Ability to analyze and interpret data results, drawing business conclusions. Tools & Methodologies: Familiarity with business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience using business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Visio). Experience with data visualization tools is a plus. Qualifications
