What we need...

A collaborative, energetic and outgoing Strategic Product Specialist to further strengthen COCC's sales efforts through sales relationship management. This person directly manages the sales of COCC products and the projects involved in the sales process, including marketing to COCC's existing client base, actively contacting clients to inform them about COCC's offerings, organizing and facilitating product demonstrations, providing pricing, managing follow-up and GAP items, contract delivery, tracking deals in the internal CRM solution, and other related sales activities.

What you'll do...



  • Promote COCC products and services to existing clients via email, weekly releases, and other channels, ensuring professional and thorough follow-up.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, including marketing to current clients, contacting them about COCC's offerings, organizing product demonstrations, providing pricing, managing follow-up and GAP items, delivering contracts, tracking deals in the CRM system, and other related sales activities.
  • Manage the complete client product lifecycle.
  • Provide clients with product knowledge while building relationships with COCC SMEs, and facilitate connections between SMEs and clients.
  • Organize product demonstrations and prepare pricing proposals.
  • Deliver product presentations.


What you'll bring...



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Sales/Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years sales/marketing experience
  • 2-4 years professional work experience within a bank or credit union, or other professional environment preferred
  • 2 years of experience within a client service setting
  • Knowledge of banking and technology related services is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with prospects, clients, third party partners, and all levels of internal staff and management, both verbally and in writing
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and take pride in producing high quality work
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with open communication and strict adherence to deadlines
  • Must have meticulous attention to detail as the job requires daily proofreading and editing
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Ability to take initiative and perform independent research on unknown items


Salary range for this role is $54000 - 75000 annually
