POSITION SUMMARY The Hematology Lab Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hematology laboratory, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves supervising a team of laboratory professionals, managing workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining an environment that fosters professional development and safety. The supervisor will also collaborate with medical staff to ensure the timely and accurate processing of hematological tests. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Supervision & Leadership:

This employee will have financial and budgetary oversight of the Hematology department under the direct supervision of the General Manager. Supervision Indicate the typical number of Colleagues managed. Include direct & indirect reports, matrix responsibility and or additional resources (i.e. contingent workers), as applicable.
