THE JOB:

As a Banquet Beverage Assistant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of banquet beverage services, including managing team members and ensuring smooth execution of high-volume events. With your expertise in logistics, beverage knowledge, and guest interaction, you will create seamless and memorable experiences for our guests while supporting operational excellence.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise beverage employees, oversee scheduling, and provide recommendations to management on daily operations.
• Pre-plan and manage logistics, including staffing, equipment setup, and bar inventory for events.
• Maintain par levels, stock beverages and supplies, and ensure accurate billing.
• Collaborate with event coordinators to execute plans and deliver exceptional service for large-scale events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest interactions, addressing needs and resolving concerns.
• Participate in labor management, scheduling, and inventory control while learning P&L management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in beverage operations, including stocking, inventory management, and team coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for planning high-volume events.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to manage up to 200 employees during events.
• Guest service expertise with a focus on creating positive client interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and ability to adapt to new systems.
