Learn more at HonorHealth.com. Responsibilities Job Summary Provides a process design and improvement leadership role in HonorHealth's quality, operations, and outcomes improvement implementation. Leads, coaches, and implements process design and improvement activities across the network to meet organizational improvement goals. Provides improvement education and coaching to leaders and staff. Contributes to aligned and collaborative improvement efforts between departments. May use operations-research and engineering principles, strategies, and analytical methods like computer modeling, statistics, discrete event simulation, and numerical algorithms in Excel or similar software to enable to enact solutions to complex problems. Develops and supports innovative operations strategies and tactics to achieve dramatic improvements in cost, outcomes, reliability, and patient and caregiver experience.
Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Nursing, Business Management, Healthcare Management or related field. Required Experience Four years of healthcare-systems improvement experience in leading people, projects, and teams in performance/continuous/process/quality improvement. Two years statistical and predictive data analysis experience collecting data and building advanced models in excel or other computer modeling and simulation software to predict and simulate operational outcomes. Demonstrated ability to champion the importance of striving to improve the process, outcomes, cost, quality, safety, and accessibility of healthcare services, with a focus on creating value. Demonstrated technical acumen with in-depth knowledge of standard improvement methodologies which may include six sigma, lean management systems engineering, design and modeling and high reliability. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrated excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal relationship skills. Demonstrated technical, computer and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain flexibility and composure under pressure. Required |
