The opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Partner to join our team! As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers, ensuring seamless supply chain operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer business requirements and execute according to defined IOPs, SOPs, and KPIs

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Identify and troubleshoot program exceptions, and provide solutions to customers

  • Collaborate with Global Service Centre staff to ensure excellent customer service

  • Analyze operational service levels and data output, and make recommendations for improvement

  • Prepare KPIs and program initiatives for internal stakeholders, and present to customers as needed

  • Assist with new tactical and operational projects initiated by clients or Maersk

  • Act as a bridge between origin teams and clients to improve understanding and communication

  • Investigate EDI failures and improve EDI performance

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • A high school diploma, coupled with relevant experience, is essential.

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in ocean logistics is required.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of logistics and shipping operations is necessary.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

  • Proficiency in Maersk systems and MS Office tools is essential.

  • Prior experience in customer service is required.

Pay Range: $ 50,000 - $60,000 USD*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
