Position Highlights The Marketing Department at the Eller College of Management is seeking applicants for an Adjunct Lecturer to teach online for the Marketing Minor program during the Summer 2025 semester. Initial duties will be limited to the MKTG 309: Digital Marketing, MKTG 308: Personal Selling, or MKTG 306: Consumer Behavior course, but the successful candidate may be invited to teach additional courses depending on qualifications and the needs of the department.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Teach MKTG 309: Digital Marketing, MKTG 308: Personal Selling, or MKTG 306: Consumer Behavior in an online setting. Summer courses are held during 5 week sessions.
  • Work with other minor program instructors to build course content.
  • Be available to students for course coaching
  • Prepare class syllabus, notes, and content
  • Develop and grade assignments; conduct/grade exams
Minimum Qualifications
  • Terminal degree in related discipline (i.e., Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.)
    - OR -
  • Master's degree in related discipline.
  • Must be available to teach online
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Marketing
  • Relevant experience working in a corporate setting
  • Experience teaching university-level marketing courses
  • Experience teaching in an online environment
  • 5 years of significant professional experience related to the course
