Roles and Responsibilities :

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead will be responsible for implementing POC , platform capabilities , design, implementation, and management of the IAM framework for the Nexus platform. This role will ensure that all access to systems and data is secure, compliant, and aligned with the organization's security policies and standards. The IAM Lead will work closely with various departments, including IT, security, and business units, to develop and maintain robust IAM processes and solutions

  • Develop and Implement IAM for Nexus -developer portal: Design and implement a comprehensive IAM for Developer portal that aligns with the organization's security policies and business objectives using Azure b2c , Azure B2C xml framework
  • Access Management: Oversee the management of user access to systems and data, ensuring that access is granted based on the principle of least privilege.
  • Identity Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control.
  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards and support internal and external audits related to IAM.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to identity and access management and implement controls to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and business units to understand their IAM needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.

The annual salary for this position is between $108,000 - $120,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
