The Administrative Assistant in Gyn Oncology ensures the efficient and safe day-to-day operation of the clinic. Ideal candidate is responsible for performing administrative support functions, managing the reception desk, and supporting members of the Sibley Physicians Group (SPG) GYN Oncology Department. The Administrative Assistant ensures the patients have a good experience by presenting a competent image and carrying out the department's commitment to excellence in customer service.

Work Location: Washington D.C.

Full time - days

8am-4:30pm

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:




  1. High School Graduate or Equivalent, Associates Degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of three years administrative experience in a physician's office.



Salary Range: Minimum 22.08 per hour - Maximum 36.43 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
