Requisition #: 648948 Location: 4940 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21224 Shift: Full Time (40 hours) Day Shift, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Non-Exempt; Pay Grade: 36 Position Summary: * Files and retrieves radiologic films/CDs, radiology forms/documents * Attends to customers' requests for films on disc or by electronic transfer * Process second opinion reads and archiving in PACS * Process requests for prior Mammo images performed at outside facilities * Tracks and follows up unread/unsigned imaging reports * Tracks and follows up unsigned Nuc Med Pharm orders * Audits of images and consent forms * Request in retrieving and sending films/forms at storage * Run weekly BCA checks * Serves as a backup to support frontdesk registration duties * Picks up Mail from the mail room and process returned mail Education/Experience: Work requires a high school level of educational development and one year of previous experience. No certification, registration or licensure required. Work requires the analytical skills to gather and interpret data in situations where the information or problems are relatively routine. Work requires the ability to exchange information on factual matters. Incumbents must respond appropriately to instructions, questions, or requests for information.
