Who you are:

As a Program Coordinator you will assist in developing, implementing, managing and evaluating programs which further the mission of the Johns Hopkins Neurology Clinic. Assists with coordination of activities, calendar and events.

What you'll do:




  • Work closely with patients and families to schedule various appointments and obtain prior authorizations.
  • Maintain EMR system-Epic

  • Manage special and on-going programs.


  • Collaborate with other teams to identify, research, and resolve complex data matters.



What you'll bring:




  • At least 2 years of related experience in health care administration, office management, or public relations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with diverse groups of people, exchange information, and produce written correspondence.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high stress situations; handling multiple demands and demonstrating flexibility in adapting to changing conditions.
  • Advanced MS Office computer skills.



Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Experience over and above the work experience requirement may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree on a 2:1 basis (8 years).

Salary Range: Minimum 21.67 per hour - Maximum 35.78 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
