Summary of Position

Kinsley Materials is seeking aPrecast Skilled Laborerto join our team. This position involves working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to produce high-quality precast concrete products. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling molds, forming and finishing concrete, and operating overhead cranes and forklifts to handle and move materials.

Typical Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Prepare, assemble, and align forms for pouring and shaping precast concrete structures.
  • Strip and clean molds after use to ensure quality and reusability.
  • Pour concrete using from mixer truck using shovels, vibrators and various finishing tools.
  • Perform fine finishing tasks such as edging, floating, and hard finishing to achieve specified textures and appearances.
  • Operate overhead cranes to safely move and position materials and finished products.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality and design specifications.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Experience & Education

  • Experience in concrete or construction; precast experience a plus.
  • Ability to operate overhead cranes; certification preferred but not required.
  • Basic math skills including the ability to read a tape measurer.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
