Counter Improvised Threat Integration Cell Analyst

Key Role:

Provide Subject Matter Expertise on C-IED, C-UAS, EOD, and Forensic Exploitation (FE) concepts, procedures, and policies, including Army and Joint Service EOD Doctrine to support planning, operations, and training.Integrate theater-specific C-IED and C-UAS Training requirements per DA EXORD.Coordinate with operational commands, force providers, and unified action partners on C-IED, C-UAS, EOD, and FE training, equipping, and resourcing.Participate in all Army C-IED Integrated Process Team (IPT) meetings and forums, including AO working groups, Councils of Colonels, General Officer Steering Committees, and sub working groups. Participate in and contribute to other appropriate forums where C-IED equities are discussed, such as AR2B or Warfighter SIG.Engage in the development of documents that address C-IED and emerging threat training equities, including Theater Entry Training Requirements, ONS, and JUONS.Engage in Exercise Planning and Development to ensure IED and other Asymmetric and Emergent threats are represented where appropriate to ensure Command and Exercise objectives are achieved. Interpret and analyze data derived from numerous sources to identify resources, conceptualize innovative solutions, reconcile diverse viewpoints, and articulate problems and proposals. Design, coordinate, synchronize, and implement C-IED, C-UAS, EOD, and FE programs consisting of Theater Security Cooperation (TSC), Exercises, and Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) Programs for International Partners.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working at the Division or Service level HQ

  • 3+ years of experience working on C-IED or EOD programs or activities

  • Experience with Counter Unmanned Systems

  • Experience with Unified Exploitation and Collected Exploitable Material

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience leading Integrated Process Teams (IPTs)

  • Experience with urgent operational needs

  • Graduate of NAVSCOLEOD

  • Completion of C-UAS Academy

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
