Hybrid-Procurement Analyst Category: Admin/HR/Accounting/Finance Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-381560 Hybrid Procurement Sourcing Analyst needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Frisco TX. Top Skills Should You Possess: 5 years relevant experience required; Assist with the purchase of goods or services. Assist in sourcing initiatives, including Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), and Requests for Information (RFI). Facilitate supplier negotiations, and aid in the preparation of contract provisions. Onsite or Hybrid. 3 to 5 days a week in office Pay Rate - $35.00 - 40.00 hourly What You'll Be Doing: Support FTTC (fiber to the cell) procurement Process approved contracts in Salesforce by creating Cases, Opportunities and the Docusign envelope. Create Deselect Notice Letters from pre-approved templates for eligible Site deselects and process in Salesforce. Assist with research on Ad-hoc requests (example - researching NTP dates for Sites that may be deselected/RIP). Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Data Entry tasks to accurately input and maintain data within our systems. Identify and report any data discrepancies or errors within systems. What You Need to Bring to the Table: Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc): Salesforce, DocuSign, Excel Preferred background/prior work experience? FTTC (fiber to the cell) Experience. Telco circuit procurement, telecommunications background Priority soft skills: Work with teams and customers across the enterprise Bonus Points!
