Systems Implementation Specialist

Hybrid 2 days onsite
Salary:$75,000 - $85,000 + 10% Bonus

Description:

The Client Implementation Specialist's will provide expertise leading onboarding and implementation activities for our systems, processes, and products and conducting in user acceptance testing (UAT). The Specialist will ensure high level of client satisfaction by driving seamless implementation and onboarding experiences for clients and stakeholders as well as quality assurance through thorough testing. The Client Implementation Specialist will understand and troubleshoot company products, services and systems. Determine and review project plans. Coordinate product needs between clients and company team members.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

* Will be conducting the onboarding and implementation of systems, products and processes
* Experience with AB testing and UAT testing with customers
* Customer facing role (in-person and virtual)
* Working alongside a team of 7
* Strong communication skills
* Experience with MS Project is a big plus
* Veteran experience is a big plus
* IBM product background is a plus (MQ & Connect:Direct)
* Spanish bilingual is a plus
* Will travel once per quarter
