DSG is seeking a Waterworks Regional Sales Manager for our Iowa region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the planning, directing and monitoring of waterworks sales activities for the region. You will be responsible for developing our region's sales team to achieve sales and gross margin objectives, while driving constant improvement in customer experience. We are looking for someone who will be an integral member of the regional leadership team, with a demonstrated ability to coach a high performing, autonomous team to increase market share through customer retention and new customer acquisition.
