Wilmington Treatment Center is North Carolina's premier substance abuse recovery hospital and rehabilitation center located in the beachside community of Wilmington, NC. What began as a 22 bed hospital on one campus in 1984 has grown into a 188 bed hospital spanning 3 campuses - and we are still growing! We are a team of professionals dedicated to helping our patients begin their recovery from the disease of addiction. Who you are: Our Unit Clerks are a vital part of our nursing department! These are folks who help the nursing department run like a well oiled machine. Using your excellent organizational skills, you will keep the nurses' station orderly and wellsupplied. You will use yourstellar customer service andtopnotch communication skills to answer phone calls as well as assist our patientswith their requests and questions which may include obtaining services from nursing, medical or other hospitalstaff.You will put yourfantasticcomputer skills to use byupdatingpatient recordsin the EMR. You will work with outside facilities to obtain medical records for our patients as needed. Qualifications:
