CNC Set Up & Op Class B

Due to growth, we have CNC openings on 1^st (7a-330p) and 2^nd (330p-12a) shifts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Setup and operate most CNC lathes and millers
• Knowledge of inspection requirements prior to submittal
• Understanding of programs.
• Minor editing, only with supervisor approval.
• Work with minimum supervision
• Some trouble shooting may be required (over or under size conditions)
• Use all inspection equipment
• Meet and follow all safety guidelines
• Run 2 machines (secondary operations)
• Meet all Quality requirements
• Must follow AS9100 procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills:

• Understanding of G and M Codes

Education and/or Experience:

• Job shop/Custom Manufacturing experience
• 3 to 5 years experience
