JOB OVERVIEW:

TheSpecial MarketsAccount Managerwill be representing Brasseler USA and its broad range ofqualitydental instrumentation products with a targeted focus on the Dental Service Organizations (DSO's). Thisqualified candidate will beresponsible fordelivering sales targets, gross profits targets andcreating incrementalopportunities withDSO/Buying Groupcustomersthroughout thecentral andeasternUnited States.

Additionally and as important, this individual will work closely with Regional Managers and District Managers to uncover new opportunities to increase sales and profitability across the growing DSOand Buying Groupbusiness segments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver sales and gross profit targets for DSO/Buying Groupcustomer base.

  • Research, prospect and establish leads fornew corporate partnersin the DSO/Buying Groupspace.

  • Prepare,present, and negotiateproposals to corporate decision makers.

  • Work closely withManagerto create strategies and playbooks to drivecorporateinitiatives and accelerate growth.

  • Work closely withInside Account Managers andDistrict Managers to enhanceorder volumes, compose agreements, update formularies, and coordinate education events for preferred partners.

  • Maximizeproduct segmentyield across all major segmentsthrough the sales, marketing, and education of our preferred DSO partners.

  • Managetravel,expenses,andother related administrative activitiesbudget.

  • Prepare weekly, quarterly, and annualsales reports and conduct detailed business reviews with key DSO accounts.

  • Work closely with other departments within the organizationto helpelevate the Brasseler brand and better serveexisting and new customers.

  • Attend industry meetings, trade shows, and customer annual meetings. Manage exhibit tables at events to promote Brasseler products.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferterritory sales experience with proven sales driven results

PREFERRED EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Self-motivatedteam player with a proventrack record ofexceedingaggressive individual andteam sales goals.

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships withlargecorporateaccounts and their employees across all levels.

  • Ability to building strong working relationship and maintain effective communications across multiple levels of internal Brasseler and Henry Schein customers/employees.

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lead, motivate team members, and embrace challenge.

  • Solutions oriented, problem solving mentality with excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

  • Must be creative, detail oriented, possess a strong work ethic,andbe willing to learn.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.

  • Previous experience with Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, or similar customer data management system

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be located near a major airport.

  • 60-70% Travel,includingseveral overnights. Some weekend work and travel required.

  • Job demands may require occasional long periods of driving.

  • Job demands may require occasional heavy lifting, up to70pounds

The posted range for this position is $75,000 to $110,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

This position is eligible for a commission not reflected in the posted range.
