The starting base salary range for a Sr. Sales Performance Analyst is $64,000 to $100,000. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and company equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance. Sr Sales Performance Analyst Overview The Sr Sales Performance Analyst acts as a Subject Matter Expert and drives data-driven decision making through advanced analytics and reporting. This role will focus on developing and automating complex reports and dashboards, with a strong emphasis on Power BI and processes to transform, clean, and automate reports. The Sr Sales Performance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, performing data modeling and analysis to support Leadership and serves as point of escalation and resolution between the customer and Partner Management. Additionally, the role provides critical input and analysis for corporate projects and initiatives focused on revenue growth. Essential Duties:
