As a Beer Garden Supervisor you will play a key part in guiding and supporting our front of house team at the outside Beer Garden, ensuring every guest experience is top-notch. With your keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence, you'll help elevate our service standards and create memorable moments for our guests. THE STARTING RATE:$22.00 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Create daily floor plans to ensure stations are covered and rotated properly. Review staffing, schedules, vacations, and attendance; coach staff on policies and procedures, conduct evaluations, and manage attendance records. Ensure cashiers follow correct procedures for check handling and closing. Delegate tasks to employees, supervise completion, and ensure timeliness and accuracy. Communicate with management, chefs, and staff to address guest or employee needs and issues. Update inventory forms, stock areas, and order supplies. Maintain communication with guests regarding special requests and large party reservations.
