The Youth Development Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing youth and family ministry programs that align with The Salvation Army's mission. This position will focus on evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development, ensuring that youth are engaged in faith-based programs that promote spiritual growth, character building, and service. The coordinator will work closely with Corps Officers and volunteers to create a thriving and sustainable youth ministry. About the role: Youth Ministry Responsibilities:

Education: -Associate degree in a relevant field required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant training and experience in lieu of formal education will be considered. Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment. Experience: Minimum two years' experience in youth ministries, mentorship, or program leadership.
