Senior / Principal Architect

This position is a local position reporting to the North Las Vegas facility and may require periodic trips to the project for walkdowns and/ or stakeholder meeting. Looking for a resource with a minimum of 12 years' experience, mid-range up to senior/principal level. Work includes the development of functional, non-functional, and operational requirements for infrastructure projects and development of project requirements specifications for proposals, resulting in Functional Requirements Document (FRD) and a Project Requirements Specification (PRS), respectively including any supporting documentation (e.g., program/project task/subtask breakdowns and visualizations [site layouts, floor plans, 2-D and 3-D pre-conceptual designs]).
