The Partner GTM, Programs, & Operations (GPO) organization within GPS brings together the go-to-market strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve partner experience across all partner segments. In this role, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Co-Sell Director - Partner Segment Co-sell Strategy to lead and optimize Microsoft's partner co-sell strategy. This executive-level role is responsible for driving partner segment strategy, engineering inclusion, and execution through the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM). We are seeking someone to work cross-functionally to enhance partner engagement, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's sales priorities while maximizing partner impact and scalability. As a strategic leader, you will have deep knoweldge in partner ecosystems, customer segmentation, co-sell enablement and execution based on field or core segment experience. ResponsibilitiesPartner Segment Strategy for Co-Sell Develop and execute a comprehensive partner segment strategy with current and future state, ensuring seamless integration into Microsoft's co-sell motions and alignment with customer priorities. Collaborate with partner leadership and sales teams to refine engagement models, driving deeper partner alignment with Microsoft's go-to-market strategy. Establish and scale impactful practices for partner-led co-sell execution, enhancing customer value and driving measurable business outcomes. Partner with industry and segment leaders to ensure co-sell strategies are tailored to specific market needs, optimizing partner relevance and impact. Oversee the evolution of Qualified Referral Partners (QRP) toward GPS Channel System Integrators (SI) and Distribution Partners, mitigating potential revenue gaps and driving channel transformation at scale. MCEM for Partner Co-Sell Execution Drive adoption of MCEM principles within the partner ecosystem, ensuring partners effectively contribute to active co-sell motions in alignment with Microsoft's sales methodology. Optimize co-sell execution by embedding MCEM completeness into partner-led sales motions, driving measurable customer impact and revenue growth. Lead initiatives to enhance partner readiness, equipping partners with the tools, frameworks, and insights needed to execute co-sell engagements with excellence. Establish performance measurement frameworks to track and optimize partner-led co-sell activities, ensuring sustained business growth and partner success. Geo Expansion & Assisted Growth Lead global co-sell expansion initiatives, driving partner-led growth across key markets while ensuring alignment with Microsoft's corporate strategy. Develop and implement assisted growth models that enhance partner enablement, strengthen regional execution, and maximize sales acceleration. Identify and scale impactful practices for geographic expansion, leveraging partner capabilities to drive co-sell effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
