Posting Summary	Rutgers University-Newark, an urban public research university and anchor institution, located in Newark, New Jersey, a city of promise, is seeking Casual Non-Teaching Coadjutants through the Educational Opportunity Fund Program within the Academic Foundations Center. The duties include but are not limited to the following; * Coordinating either the English or Math component of the EOF Summer Program * Developing and managing the course syllabus in the designated subject area and ensuring that the syllabus meets the program standards * Reporting student learning outcomes, class reviews, and/or analyzing student data * Hire and supervise instructors and tutors in designated subject area * Develop tutoring schedule and oversee tutoring component * Collaborating with colleagues on course curriculum, assignments, diagnostics, and activities * Attending faculty, program, or other mandatory meetings, trainings, and orientations * Other duties as assigned based on program Time Period: May 1 - August 8, 2025 Please visit our website for more information: https://afc.newark.rutgers.edu/ All employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

Qualifications
