Overview: Aa a leading provider of software solutions for mortgage servicing, Sagent is committed to delivering innovative mortgage servicing solutions. We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team and contribute to building user-centric digital products that serve both business clients and end consumers. In this role, you will design intuitive interfaces, ensuring our software enhances the mortgage servicing experience for a diverse set of users. Your Day-to-Day at Sagent: Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that translate complex mortgage processes into simple, intuitive user flows. Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine designs and implement feedback, ensuring seamless experiences for both lenders and end users. Maintain and update design assets and style guides to ensure consistency across our software suite. User Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions. Analyze user data to identify pain points, understand mortgage servicing needs, and translate findings into actionable design recommendations. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure designs align with business goals and technical feasibility. Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall user experience. Assis in the development of user personas and journey maps to better understand target audiences across of user environments. We'd Love to Hear From You if You Have: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or relevant discipline with 3 - 4 years of experience in a related field. Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Strong understanding of user-centered design principals and best practices, especially in B2B2C SaaS based software environments. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and effective customer interactions. Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional support experiences. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
