The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A will play a critical role in driving the financial planning and budgeting processes across Tenneco's corporate services group. This individual will work closely with senior executives and department leaders to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting and analysis. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, detail-oriented finance leader with a strong foundation in financial modelling, delivering actionable insights and fostering a culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop, manage, and optimize robust financial planning and forecasting processes, including annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial projections.
  • Analysis and Insights: Drive deep financial analysis on performance and operational efficiency across the organization. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making at the executive level.
  • Process Improvement and Standardization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline FP&A processes, and implement best practices across regions and business units to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools for executive leadership, ensuring real-time visibility into financial metrics and performance indicators.



Minimum Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Experience: (# OF YEARS EXPERIENCE): 7+ years of experience in FP&A or accounting

Skills:



  • Expertise in financial systems and tools, specifically OneStream and SAP


  • Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and financial best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work across functions and regions to drive results.
