Overview
Responsible for the day-to-day management and continuing operation of the Talent Management System (Learning, Development, Performance, and Succession), including solving all system issues, course testing and deployment, employee data management, user training, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Coordinates and maintains functionality of the TMS system by understanding and completing all processes related to its operation. Maintains the highest level of knowledge of the products and/or services(s) for which he or she is responsible
- Creates, generates, and manages standard and custom/ad-hoc report requests; analyzes data for trends in key performance indicators
- Builds assessments, surveys and evaluations using on-line authoring tools and launches learning activities within the TMS; interacts with subject matter experts to determine relevant content; reviews courses provided by on-line learning partners
- Manages the submission and completion of support tickets with the TMS vendor and internal departments; answers questions and solves problems for users. Coordinate the testing of system improvements
- Manages all functions of the Compliance Education Process from creating audiences and assigning courses to providing all reporting to the Compliance group and Management
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Workforce Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, Education, or related field of study or relevant work experience
- Two plus years of prior experience in systems administration/configuration or prior experience at Trustmark with a demonstrated acumen for systems administration
- Knowledge of software application administration with the ability to configure and write reports
- Reading, writing, and comprehension skills for developing procedural documents.
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Advanced knowledge of O365 including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented, organized, methodical, quality conscious with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities with minimal direct supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; communicates well in individual or group situations at all levels of associates
- Must have a high level of professionalism, interacting with all levels of associates
- Proactive, self-starter with strong planning, problem solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution with minimal supervision
- Flexibility and strong aptitude to manage change
- Cooperative team player on a diverse work team
Preferred:
- Knowledge, understanding, and experience with Talent Management Systems to include Learning, Development, Succession and 360 and E-Learning authoring systems.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and PowerBI.
- Knowledge of course development software and e-learning design experience using authoring tools
- Experience using SumTotal Systems
- Experience with HTML, JasperSoft or similar report writing tools
- Knowledge of presentation and facilitation process
