Providence Medical Group in conjunction with Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking an inpatient Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Santa Rosa, California. This is a full-time position with a tenured, passionate and collaborative group that works closely together. The role involves providing consultative services and collaborating with hospitalists, intensivists and specialty services for patient care in high-needs communities with many acute cases from facilities to include Santa Rosa Memorial, Petaluma Valley Hospital and Healdsburg Hospital. The regional team, which includes Napa, Sonoma, and Eureka, offers extensive support. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with experience working with interdisciplinary teams, comfortable with independent practice, and is an excellent communicator.   • 35 hours per week

  • Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time
  • Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
  • Compensation is between $160,115 to $192,069 per year


The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
