That is why we are currently seeking the newest innovator to join our team as a contract Receptionist, located in Santa Clara, California. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Manage Company visitors and other outsiders during visits
* Control badge given to outsiders
* Maintain and update log of all shipments and deliveries (Shipping and receiving)
* Maintain and organize Office Supplies - order supplies from Staples & other vendors on a weekly basis
* Keep Breakroom clean and tidy
* Make Coffee in the Breakroom daily
* Update current employee list and phone numbers
* Perform typing of letters and documents as needed
* Vouch general common expenses ---- electric, office supplies, communication (phone & internet charges) and other common expenses and follow up to make sure all payments are made on timely basis.
* Set up new vendor registration as needed - Send new vendor the "Vendor registration form" and W9, Call and follow up vendors to send back all the forms and requirements (like voided check and invoice) for processing, Send all forms to accounting for systems registration, Follow-Up with New Jersey accounting when the new vendor/s will be setup and ready for invoice process and payments
* Help during internal events and functions as needed
* Coordinate with Facilities Manager in sending announcements with regards to external events and other alerts.
* Flexible to respond other duties on occasion or as needed.

Experience and Education:



  • Education - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    * Prior Experience - Minimum of 2 years of receptionist and telephone operations experience. Prefer 3+ years working in corporate environment as receptionist and telephone operations experience.
    * Must have professional appearance and demeanor.
    * Bilingual preferred but not required.


Please note: this is not a direct hire position with LG, this will be hired through a contract agency. Any medical benefits offered will be through the agency.

Recruiting Range
$52,000 - $62,400 USD
