Overview:
Connection has an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity for a hybrid Help Desk Analyst with an insurance company in Overland Park, KS. This help desk position will be 75% phone support and 25% deskside support. Three days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) are required for in-office with Tuesdays and Thursdays being remote.
