Essential Duties and Responsibilities

All employees are required to adhere to Safety and Quality guidelines to ensure a safe work environment and high-quality output.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support & Brand Unification
    • Assist in maintaining and strengthening the Tindall brand across all marketing platforms and communications.
  • Brand Management
    • Assist in the design, management, and protection of Tindall's marketing assets (brand, print, social, digital, PR, photography).
    • Collaborate with internal clients to create marketing materials such as brochures, documents, training modules, internal communications, and brand assets.
    • Identify photography opportunities to expand Tindall's visual asset library.
    • Support Tindall teams in implementing brand standards and ensuring consistent branding across materials.
    • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, promoting and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Support the creation of brand-aligned content for marketing campaigns, internal communications and print advertising.
    • Provide updates to the Marketing Manager on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration & Communication
    • Foster strong, positive relationships across departments and external suppliers.
    • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats to ensure clarity and alignment.
    • Provide timely and professional marketing support to internal stakeholders.

Monthly:

  • Ensure all deadlines are met for project and project updates.
  • Update and maintain marketing materials to reflect evolving business needs.

As Needed:

  • Assist with the development and execution of internal communication materials and campaigns.
  • Provide marketing support for Business Development and Sales teams at industry functions, trade shows, and conventions.

Occasional (3-4 Times Per Year):

  • Travel to Tindall plant or job site locations for coordination.
  • Attend industry meetings, trade shows, and conferences to support marketing efforts.

Internal and External Contacts

  • Internal: Regular communication with the Marketing Manager and internal Tindall teams.
  • External: Engagement with marketing agencies, suppliers, and industry partners, as needed.

Job Specifications & Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Liberal Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field required.

Experience & Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong writing, content creation, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic to intermediate design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate across Tindall departments and manage external supplier relationships.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear.
  • Frequent use of hands for typing and writing.
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily an office setting, with occasional visits to manufacturing facilities and job sites.
  • Must be comfortable in industrial environments when visiting field locations.

Travel Requirement:

  • Travel 5-7% for site visits, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
