As a Case Manager in one of Terros Health or Lifewell's locations, you'll be responsible for working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at one of our clinics. Recently awarded amongArizona's Most Admired Companies in 2023 by AZ Big Media Seeking a caring and self-motivated Case Manager to join our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at one of seven of clinics. Full-Time Employed M-F: 7:30am-4:30pm or M-F: 8:30a-5:30pm Additional Language Differential Pay Available Full Benefits Package, including 401K Generous PTO/Sick Time (4+ weeksin year 1) Locations available:
