The 2025 ATSG Summer Internship Program is a structured 10-week initiative designed to provide college students with hands-on experience across ATSG and its subsidiary companies. While some positions may be listed under specific ATSG business units, all internships are part of our company-wide program, offering a unified experience that includes professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Interns will work within their assigned subsidiaries while benefiting from ATSG's overarching structure, resources, and program events. About This Internship The Flight Support Intern at Air Transport International, Inc. (ATI) will gain firsthand experience in airline operations, dispatch coordination, and flight planning. ATI, a subsidiary of Air Transport Services Group (ATSG), specializes in providing air cargo and passenger charter services for both government and commercial customers. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a career in aircraft dispatch, aviation management, or aviation technology to develop key skills in flight operations, data management, and training coordination while working alongside experienced aviation professionals. Key Responsibilities * Assist the Manager of Flight Control with airline operations support * Coordinate with licensed dispatchers regarding active flights * Support dispatch instructors in developing and updating training materials Required Skills & Qualifications * Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills * Attention to detail and ability to handle data entry tasks accurately * Background or coursework in aviation operations or flight support Preferred Skills & Experience * Currently pursuing a degree in Aircraft Dispatch, Aviation Management, or Aviation Technology * Familiarity with flight planning, performance calculations, and aviation regulations * Experience or coursework related to airline dispatch and flight operations Additional Information * Location: Wilmington, OH * Duration: May 27th - August 1st, 2025 * Housing: Available for eligible interns Important Candidate Information All internship candidates must be at least 18 years of age and will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
