About This Internship

The Contracts Intern at Cargo Aircraft Management, Inc. (CAM) will gain experience in contract review, compliance, and risk management within the aviation leasing industry. CAM, a subsidiary of Air Transport Services Group (ATSG), specializes in aircraft leasing and asset management for global airline partners. This internship is ideal for students pursuing a degree in finance, business, or pre-law, providing opportunities to review contracts, verify insurance compliance, and manage critical lease data.

Key Responsibilities



  • Review contracts for insurance and audit requirements, ensuring compliance with internal policies
  • Cross-check insurance certificates on file and request missing or corrected documents from customers
  • Input and maintain insurance-related data in the company-wide lease management system
  • Assist in ongoing compliance monitoring of insurance requirements for leased assets


Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Currently enrolled in a business, finance, or pre-law program with at least two years of college coursework completed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to analyze contracts and financial documents for compliance requirements
  • Attention to detail and strong data entry/organization skills


Preferred Skills & Experience



  • Experience or coursework related to contract management, compliance, or risk assessment
  • Familiarity with lease management systems or asset tracking databases
  • Interest in aviation finance and aircraft leasing operations
