You have completed a BS in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have at least 7 years of job-related experience with at least 2 years of intermediate project cost control experience and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Project Cost Controller in Lynchburg, VA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the I&C Finance NA Business Line in the Instrumentation & Control Business Unit. This position provides the opportunity to do a deep dive into the financial management of the I&C project portfolio. Working hand-n-hand with the PM, the cost controller will be involved in many different tasks which includes but is not limited to:



  • Act as the primary financial partner to project managers, actively participating in project monitoring and control routine.
  • Ensure financial transparency by providing accurate and timely cost reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Support the implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies for project cost control.
  • Identify cost deviations, perform variance analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Optimize and enhance existing financial and cost control processes.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with project stakeholders to support project-related financial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with global finance and project teams to maintain consistency in cost management practices.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $112,000 - $152,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
