Responsibilities:

* Support the program manager in coordinating project activities, ensuring smooth operation, and providing ad-hoc support as needed
* Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with multiple internal teams (finance, sales, operations, customer service) to streamline processes and address concerns.
* Data Management & Compliance: Handle sensitive financial and customer data while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics related to warranty sales and suggest improvements for increased efficiency and revenue growth.
* Report Generation & Insights: Provide regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with actionable insights on warranty sales performance, trends, and financial impact.

Estimated Min Rate: $25.00
Estimated Max Rate: $28.00
