Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Cal State LA, is recruiting an Executive Director of the University Auxiliary Services (UAS) to join their team. This is a rare and impactful leadership opportunity to shape and oversee a wide range of entrepreneurial and mission-critical operations that directly support the university's academic and community goals. As the Executive Director, you'll drive strategic initiatives, foster organizational excellence, and serve as a key partner in advancing student success at one of California's most diverse and vibrant public universities. This position is on-site at the Cal State LA campus and requires full-time, in-person presence. Reporting to the UAS Board of Directors, with a dotted-line relationship to the University's Vice President for Administration and CFO, this role oversees: Financial services and budget administration
Key facilities under this role's purview include the Rong Xong Xu BioSpace Incubator, TVFM Building, the 103,000 sq. ft. Golden Eagle Building (including a 600-seat conference center and University Club), and the Pat Brown Institute. You'll manage an $8M operating budget and oversee externally sponsored programs generating $25M+ in annual revenue. What You Bring to the Team:
